Tech Project Manager

This position focusing on the development and enhancement of our Utra Loyalty Web Application. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving user experiences through technology. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our loyalty programs are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager , preferably in

loyalty programs

or web applications.

Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Proficient in documentation tools and methodologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for loyalty web applications.

Analyze existing loyalty systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that applications meet business requirements and quality standards.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Act as a liaison between Product, Engineer, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Assist in project planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Provide ongoing support for loyalty web applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure the stability and performance of applications.
