Finance and Accounting Staff

Record daily financial transactions in accordance with company procedures.

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Prepare Stock Reconciliations.

Assist in internal and external audit processes.

Manage tax administration (VAT, Income Tax, and SPT reporting) in compliance with regulations.

Preparation of annual budgets per Department for cost projection.

Provide administrative support related to finance and accounting functions

Ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferably have taken the Brevet A, B tax course.

Understand the financial, accounting, and tax systems and report properly.

Understand the AR flow from invoices, tax invoices, returns notes, and reports on sales or accounts receivable, up to the payment process.

Understand Stock and COGS Report.

Preferably able to make tax E-SPT, PPH 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT and report it

Experienced in making E-Invoice.

Preferbaly Experienced in procurement.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).

Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Willing to be placed in West Jakarta area.
