We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of

Staff Mobile Sales Force Direct.

Responsibilities

Selling banking products and services to potential customers.

Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.

Building and maintaining good relationships with customers

Handling customer‑related problems and complaints

Being able to work individually or in a team.

Always comply to HSBC rules

Requirements

Mineducation S1 from Economics, Finance and Management are preferable.

Fresh Graduate / experience as sales force in financial industry

Financial literate with wide understanding on bank’s product range asset, liabilities and investment.

Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable bank’s product to meet their financial objective within their risk profile.

Hasinterpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.

Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work.

You’ll achieve more at HSBC Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.
