Sales Manager – Indonesia Market (FMCG / Zero to One Beverage Expansion)
About the Role
A global FMCG brand with ambitious expansion plans is entering
Indonesia and Southeast Asia . We’re looking for a
Sales Manager
with a strong
distribution management network
and proven ability to build markets
from zero to one .
You’ll play a key role in launching the brand, setting up distributor partnerships, and developing the right commercial strategies to scale growth in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors with strong market reach.
Drive
zero-to-one market development
— set up go-to-market, pricing, and route-to-market structures.
Lead sales planning, execution, and channel expansion across
Modern Trade, HORECA, and E-commerce .
Track performance, analyse market trends, and ensure profitable growth.
Requirements:
8–12 years of
FMCG or beverage sales
experience, preferably handling imported or international brands.
Proven record in
building distribution networks and managing key accounts .
Experience launching or expanding new markets ( zero-to-one exposure
preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Bahasa Indonesia , with strong
negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management
abilities.
