We are seeking a talented Corporate Finance & Investor Relations professional with expertise in corporate finance and investor relations to lead strategic financial initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage investor communications and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and market participants. Lead a team and collaborate across functions to deliver strategic outcomes. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (Master's degree and CFA preferred). Professional background in Big 4 advisory, investment banking, securities firms, asset management, or financial institutions highly desirable. Strong exposure to corporate finance, capital markets, and investor relations. Experience in transaction advisory, valuations, and financial modeling.
