Market Manager Indonesia (Southeast Asia)

Role
The Market Manager role will be employed by
Remote
and based in Indonesia. The role will include providing services to the
Student Recruitment department of Kaplan International Pathways (KIP) ANZ portfolio.
This is a
hands‑on role
that combines student recruitment, relationship management, and market development. You will be responsible for supporting and developing our partner agent network, generating new business, and ensuring the retention of existing business. A key aspect of the role is the delivery of
exceptional customer service
and strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support the Regional Director (East Asia & Southeast Asia) in delivering a multi‑channel engagement strategy across
Maritime Southeast Asia , with a strong focus on
Indonesia .
Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with
education agents, university partners, internal teams, and key regional stakeholders .
Promote Kaplan International Pathways ANZ study options, including
courses, destinations, career pathways, and application processes .
Deliver
high‑quality customer service
to all internal and external stakeholders, including responding to agent enquiries within
48 business hours .
Provide regular
performance reporting , including KPIs, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and regional insights.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate
regional engagement activities , events, fairs, and visits, ensuring strong ROI and adherence to budget.
Collaborate closely with
KI ANZ teams and Marketing
to identify opportunities and develop market‑specific collateral and initiatives.
Travel extensively across the region (approximately
15–20 weeks per year ) to support agent engagement, events, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
University‑level qualification
or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience managing
international education agent relationships .
Strong understanding of the
Australian and New Zealand international higher education sector , including regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in
international engagement, recruitment, or marketing , ideally within education.
Experience working and travelling across
Indonesia and Maritime Southeast Asia , with the ability to travel independently.
Highly
results‑driven, self‑motivated , and able to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced environments.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Willingness and flexibility to
travel internationally and work irregular hours
as required.
