Own and optimize the onboarding process from job offering stage to organizing employment contracts and visas, as well as be the first point of contact to ensure a world-class employee experience until employee exit. Be the point of contact for all government-related transactions such as work pass applications & skills development training. Involve in learning needs analysis & organize training programs. Support for payroll process. Administer employee corporate benefits and insurance. Support managers on handling employee disciplinary and grievances matters. Ensure HR Audit Compliance. Work closely with HQ Talent Management to optimize processes; to rollout & implement new policies & strategic initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field. At least 2-3 years of work experience covering a full spectrum of Human Resources. Knowledge and understanding of Indonesia Regulations and Employment Act. Experience with HRIS. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
