Retail Operations Manager (Luxury Fashion / Multi‑brand)

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager with a strong background in fashion retail to lead our store team, drive sales, and ensure brand excellence across our stores.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation.

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.

Train and develop team members.

Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

Ensure shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to company guidelines, operational policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer issues promptly and strive for customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of experience leading a team within the retail industry (experience in fashion retail preferred).

Proven record of leadership skills and strong sales analytical abilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and good English proficiency.

Team‑player attitude with ability to work towards targets.

Ability to work shifting hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Willingness to be based in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bali.
