Functional Pre-Sales Consultant – Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a Functional Pre‑Sales Consultant to support solution positioning across Lending, Cards, Wallets, and Digital Onboarding. The role involves understanding customer business requirements, mapping them to Stitch’s platform capabilities, and delivering compelling demos, solution walkthroughs, and RFP/RFI responses.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to understand client business processes and functional requirements.

Translate business needs into solution designs aligned with Stitch’s lending, cards, and payments modules.

Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, and customer walkthroughs.

Own functional sections of RFP/RFI responses and proposals.

Collaborate with product, delivery, and sales teams to design feasible solutions.

Support PoCs, gap analysis, and functional clarifications during the sales cycle.

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in functional pre‑sales within fintech, lending, cards, or digital onboarding.

Strong understanding of financial workflows (LOS/LMS, wallets, KYC, KYB, payments).

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Ability to translate business problems into product‑driven solutions.
