SOUS CHEF

We are an established restaurant in Bali looking for a passionate and dependable Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craft, values consistency, and wants to build something long-term. What We’re Looking For

Strong foundation in Italian cooking (fresh pasta, sauces, balanced seasoning) Ability to stay calm and consistent during busy service Organized and disciplined with mise en place Experience leading and training kitchen staff Understanding of ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste High standards of hygiene and food safety Good English communication skills (spoken and written) Reliable, professional, and committed to growth Experience

Minimum 3–5 years experience in a reputable restaurant Hotel background is a plus Professional references will be required during the hiring process Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Maintain quality and consistency across all dishes Help train and supervise junior team members Assist with inventory and supplier coordination Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment How to Apply
