Laboratory Analyst

Job Accountabilities

: Take sample from plant based on schedule and give/deliver empty sample container to production section for next sampling. Analyze product sample accurate and precise based on analysis table, SOP and safety procedure include re‑analyze if the result is hesitated/ out of specification (aimed) and inform soon to the superior if there is any abnormality of equipment analysis, sample routine condition and its analysis result. Conduct direct analysis in field/on equipment in production if necessary. Conduct standard verification on laboratory equipment based on schedule and prepare changing carrier gas for analysis and verification, to support analysis and verification activity. Including prepare the report completed with the signature. Collect the hazardous retain liquid sample in the dedicated waste container and periodic transfer to SHE waste collection area weekly. Note and sign all analysis results and give it to shift supervisor for next process, to ensure all results are well noted. Conduct minor maintenance if there are equipment breakdown, to ensure all work environment based on qualitative management system, safety, and security, to create comfort ability in work environment. Responsible for testing and supporting process in accordance with LQMS (Laboratory Quality Management System), ISO 17025. Qualification : Diploma 3 in Chemical Analyst Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
