Job Description
Responsibilities
Design and implement compensation structures and benefits programs
Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
Manage employee benefits administration including insurance and retirement plans
Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of salaries and deductions
Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations
Handle compensation data analysis and prepare related reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Accounting, or related field
3 years or more experience in compensation & benefits or payroll administration
Proven experience in managing a team and effectively collaborating with cross-functional departments
Strong knowledge of labor regulations and tax laws (PPh 21, BPJS)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR information systems
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
