Adecco Indonesia is representing a global brand in residential and commercial water treatment company entering a new growth phase within the Indonesia’s market in the looking for a Sales Manager and will be placed in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth across

B2C and B2B channels , including architects, developers, and interior design firms. Manage and support the

national distributor , ensuring strong execution and performance. Utilize the

showroom

for product demos, customer engagement, and brand awareness. Localize and execute

regional commercial strategies

for the Indonesia market. Identify market opportunities and build relationships in the construction and design ecosystem.

Qualifications Bachelor in related fields 2-3 years of experience in managerial positions Fluent Mandarin

(spoken & written) — mandatory. Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials, home appliances, or related industries. Experience managing distributors or channel partners. Ability to handle both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
