Develop and execute the company's expansion strategy, focusing on new hotel locations across priority markets Conduct market research, site analysis, and feasibility assessments to evaluate potential hotel locations Build and maintain a pipeline of potential land or building opportunities suitable for hotel development Establish and maintain strong relationships with land/building owners, government bodies, real estate consultants, and other external partners Work with internal teams (finance, development, legal, design) to evaluate project viability Prepare business cases, financial models, and proposal documents for senior management approval Lead the end-to-end deal process including LOI, commercial terms, due diligence, and contract execution Monitor industry trends, competitor expansion activities, and emerging opportunities The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field 10+ years experience in business development, hotel development, real estate acquisition, or property investment Strong network within the property and hospitality sector Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven track record in securing land/building deals or hotel development projects Strong financial acumen and experience in feasibility/ROI analysis What's on Offer
