Manage the company's financial reporting, accounting, and compliance processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, drive cost optimisation, and enhance financial controls Ensure the company's adherence to relevant financial regulations and accounting standards Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Provide financial guidance and support to the management team, and act as a trusted business partner Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their professional growth and development What we’re looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 8 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the financial accounting and reporting industry Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards applicable to the industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite What we offer
