Minimum Qualifications

Can communicate in English (basic communication)

Have experience working professionally for at least 3 / 4 years as Scrum Master

Full remote work [WFH]

Available during office hours

No issues in working for financial services (banking, insurance, etc.)

Have good communication and leadership skills

Experience in handling more than 1 team

Having a Scrum Master certification is a big plus
