Qualifications Min. 5 years experience in the same field

Tasks & responsibilities

To support its superior plans, develops and manage electrical and telecommunication work and services efficiently and effectively

To control and maintenance of estate electricity distribution

To maintain and ensure Estate emergency power can be operated safely and in good condition when needed

To record the used of electricity for street lighting, building and or tenants

To maintain and keep street lighting provide by Estate in secure and operational condition

To coordinate and monitor the installation and services of telecommunication operated safely and smooth at Estate and tenants.

To handle complaint from tenants or public regarding work / services under its responsibility and report the action and solution to the superior
