Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for an Account Maintenance Analyst. The Account Maintenance Analyst will handle the planning and implementation of maintenance strategies, and execute preventive maintenance tasks. Routine day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing system performance, preparing and updating maintenance schedules, ensuring system efficiency, and addressing maintenance issues as they arise. The role requires strong organizational and analytical capabilities to support operational goals effectively.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 1 year experience as KYC Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve workflows and processes Expertise in Maintenance Planning and Planning methodologies Experience in Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with contact center operations is a plus
