FINANCE SENIOR STAFF (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE)

FINANCE SENIOR STAFF (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance (Account Receivable) experience in manufacturing companies or logistic company is preferred.

Proven experience and strong understanding of Letters of Credit (L/C) and international banking transactions.

Experience in preparing financial report.

High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and accuracy.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and banking applications.

Active proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities Manage the company’s daily financial transactions, including receipt and bank reconciliations.

Prepare periodic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support management decision-making.

Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow and liquidity needs.

Handle administrative processes and documentation related to Letters of Credit (L/C), export-import activities, and coordination with banking partners.

Prepare and review international payment documents to ensure compliance with banking requirements and applicable regulations.

Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes for both operational and strategic needs.

Provide accurate financial data for internal and external stakeholders (management, auditors, regulators, and banks).
