Job Description
Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and infrastructures.
Email & Hosting corporate management.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Asset Management.
Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary.
Testing and evaluate new technology.
Responsible of training's operational preparation, on-going and post-training.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field.
Minimal 2 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
Familiar with Office 365 and Online Meeting Platform.
Familiar with enterprise endpoint security.
Skilled in database programming and software installation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
