Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a prominent property in Jakarta, to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction while fostering a high‑performing team culture.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the financial performance of the unit both from an operator and an ownership level.

Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and optimize profitability.

Ensure operations are run in line with laid down guidelines and stipulated procedures in accordance with the operating manuals and as per the law of the land.

Upkeep and maintenance of the property/physical assets to its highest standard.

Custodian of the brand values, credentials and maintain the ‘sanctity of the brand’.

Maintain appropriate relations with our business partners/stakeholders.

Ensure appropriate/timely returns and management of the company’s business and finances.

Build appropriate relationship with the city authorities and other stakeholders.

Ensure appropriate multi‑faced contacts with sources at corporate/cluster office.

Lead and develop department heads, promoting a culture of collaboration and service excellence.

Maintain harmonious and disciplined employee relations to ensure appropriate and forward‑thinking Human Capital Management.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or 2‑year diploma with extensive experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager in reputable international hotels or proven track record in senior hotel leadership roles.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.

Strong analytical problem‑solving skills and high computer literacy.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
