IT Application Support

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for internal and external applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Assist in B2B project activities, especially those related to system integration and API-based workflows.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable application performance.

Monitor application health and coordinate escalation when needed.

Prepare documentation related to incidents, resolutions, and system updates.

Minimum Qualifications

Holds a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experienced in application support and B2B project environments, particularly those involving integration and API usage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
