Onboarding & offboarding (equipment, attire, tools, government registration, group registration, insurance, building access registration, employee identification, employee introduction)
Employment contract (policy implementation, labor law)
Companyโs manual
Compensation (payroll, payroll adjustment, overtime management, bonus, commission)
Learning & development (seminar, training, workshop, certification)
Health (private insurance, working hours management, vaccine coordination)
Event (company, department, wedding, anniversary, birthday, birth, condolences)
Employee relations (counselling, disciplinary, announcement)
Attendance (software management, absence control, personal leave)
Software management
KPI application and reporting
Database management (local reporting, group reporting)
CSR program (internship coordination)
General administrative related to HR
What weโre looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the renewable energy or a related industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations in Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
A proactive, problemโsolving mindset and the ability to work independently
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
