We’re looking for an enthusiastic

Expansion Associate

to support our Child Development Clinic (Tumbuh+), by identifying, evaluating, and preparing new locations for business expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build experience in expansion, real estate scouting, and project coordination.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct market and area research to identify promising locations for new outlets or business opportunities.

Assist in site evaluation, feasibility studies, basic financial projections, and cost analysis.

Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to support site setup, documentation, permits, and approvals.

Monitor project timelines and follow up to ensure new locations are prepared and launched on schedule.

Maintain and update the database of potential sites, property agents, landlords, and partnership leads.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or any related field.

Strong analytical thinking and comfort with research, data interpretation, and basic financial assessment.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with many stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time.

Willing to travel for field assessments and site visits.

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about expansion strategy and project execution.
