Here we offer you and exciting and dynamic work environment and will equip you with the know-how that will stretch and enhance your career journey.**Responsibilities:*** Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, reliability, and competitiveness.* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various categories of materials, equipment, and services.* Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and procedures.* Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.* Evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics such as quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.* Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and actively seek new suppliers to expand sourcing options.* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, production, finance) to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.* Monitor market trends, raw material prices, and supplier developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.* Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.* manage supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.**Job Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, or purchasing role, preferably within the oil and gas, refining, or heavy industrial sector.* Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and relationship management.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.* Proficiency in procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle).* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices and regulations.* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).**Disclaimer:**When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
