The Country HR Manager leads end-to-end country HR operations and execution to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR services that enable organizational performance and objectives. This role manages HRBP and C&B execution, oversees employee lifecycle operations, and governs internal staffing (movement/promotion/transfer) to maintain workforce stability and capability across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Lead daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and service standards.
Set HR operational cadence (daily/weekly priorities, escalation management, coverage planning, workload balancing).
Maintain and continuously improve HR SOPs, governance controls, and documentation standards across all locations/sites.
Partner with Service Delivery leaders to support workforce stability: attrition actions, attendance/discipline alignment, engagement interventions, and operational readiness.
Ensure HR coverage and rapid resolution for shift-based operations and high-volume employee needs.
Drive manager enablement and adherence to core people processes (probation, attendance, performance, conduct).
Own governance of employee relations: grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, corrective action outcomes, and separation risk management.
Ensure fair and consistent policy application and due process; maintain case documentation quality and confidentiality.
Act as senior escalation point for complex or sensitive cases.
Lead C&B administration governance (benefits, eligibility, enrollment, vendor escalation, communications).
Oversee payroll input governance (validation, approval controls, audits) in coordination with Payroll/Finance.
Lead compensation processes: internal equity checks, salary adjustments, promotions, job changes, and cycle execution governance.
Lead HRBP execution of performance management, talent reviews, succession inputs, engagement action plans, and learning interventions.
Ensure consistent coaching for managers and HRBPs on policy application, performance improvement processes, and documentation quality.
Ensure compliance with local labor law/regulatory obligations and internal HR policies.
Maintain HR records governance, confidentiality, and HRIS data integrity.
Support internal/external audits and close findings through corrective actions.
Key skills and experience:
Bachelorโs degree in Management or any relevant major.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resource, with 4 years as manager level
Fluent in English (minimum C1).
Experience in managing thousands employees
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated capability in leading HRBP, CNB and Payroll.
Strong in spreadsheet and capability to analyze data for reporting and decision making purposes.
Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali (WFO).
