WE’RE HIRING: ENGLISH TEACHER – International Background Preferred Placement: Indonesia

We are looking for passionate and professional English Teachers to deliver high-quality English instruction and support students in developing strong communication skills. This position is ideal for educators with an international background who are dedicated, culturally adaptable, and committed to excellence in teaching.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with curriculum and learning objectives • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment • Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials • Collaborate with local teachers and academic teams • Participate in school activities, training sessions, and meetings

Qualifications: • High level of English proficiency (near-native or equivalent) • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field • Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) is preferred • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience is an advantage • Strong classroom management and communication skills • Open-minded, professional, and culturally adaptable • Willing to work and be placed in Indonesia

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience teaching ESL/EFL learners • Exposure to international or bilingual education environments • Interest in or basic understanding of Indonesian culture
