Junior Accounting and Tax

About the role We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Accounting and Tax professional to join our dynamic team at PT Trans Ocean Consulting in central Jakarta. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and tax services to our diverse client base. What you’ll be doing

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax returns

Conducting research and analysis to support the accounting and tax functions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations

Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

Providing exceptional client service and support

What we’re looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
