Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and manage all IT functions—including software, hardware, network infrastructure, and daily IT operations—to ensure optimal performance, data security, and support for business operations.

Ensure reliable system availability, with experience in tackling various hardware and software problems.

Provide technology solutions, software applications, and proper hardware for employees by coordinating with vendors or developers.

Evaluate and develop IT standards, policies, and procedures through liaising with management to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.

Ensure licensing compliance and timely upgrades, if needed.

Create a comfortable, professional working support environment for employees by providing timely resolution for IT issues, and implement cyber security policies and awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university.

Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven ability & strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and IT Operations.

Exceptional skills in project management, leadership, and communication.

Willing to be located in Jakarta and Tangerang area.
