Procurement Executive (General Affair)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, specifically in General Affairs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Good communication skills; comfortable working with all levels of staff and vendors

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Odoo and Accurate (or similar systems)

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities:

Handle procurement for General Affairs needs (e.g. office supplies, building maintenance, company vehicles, clinic supplies)

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases

Monitor deliveries and ensure items meet required specifications

Maintain purchase records and update supplier databases

Support reporting and administrative tasks for the Purchasing Supervisor
