What you'll do

Brand Development: Oversee the development and consistent application of the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence. Content Strategy: Guide the creation of video content, animations, and other visual media that enhance the brand story and product offerings, ensuring alignment with the broader creative vision. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and engineering teams, to ensure that creative initiatives meet business objectives and deadlines. Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Web3 and decentralized technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into the creative process.

What you'll need

At least 3-5 years of experience as a brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects in branding, and content creation within the tech or blockchain industry. Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging creative outputs. Proven experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach. Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of how creative work impacts business outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions. Industry Experience: Over 2 years of management experience in a similar industry, with a preference for candidates with Web3, fintech, or blockchain experience.
