Beauty Training Manager

to join our team and help drive sales success by empowering our Beauty Advisors across Indonesia. As a key player in our sales team, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, industry knowledge, and passion for beauty to train and inspire our team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and stay ahead of industry trends. What You'll Do: Create and adapt training materials that align with company SOPs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Beauty Advisors. Conduct engaging product training sessions to ensure Beauty Advisors are well-prepared throughout the sales cycles. Plan and execute annual regional gatherings to connect, inspire, and celebrate our team of Beauty Advisors. Provide on-the-ground coaching at Points of Sale (POS) to help Beauty Advisors improve their skills and customer interactions. Spend time on the field to observe customer behavior, gather insights, and engage with Beauty Advisors to enhance their performance. Analyze, update, and evaluate regional training and coaching projects to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 3 years of proven experience in developing and delivering training, with strong coaching skills and a keen eye for detail in

Retail/Beauty/Personal Care Industry Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail, and

a strong focus on growing sales capabilities Fluent in English MUA certification (will be a huge plus) High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and people management skills Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
