Quantium Solutions specialises in logistics and fulfilment services to businesses within the Asia Pacific region.
Quantium Solutions International currently has an established network of offices in 10 countries within the region and provides a range of value-added services such as letter shopping, data management and printing, mailroom management, freight logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, international distribution and hand delivery.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new eCommerce retailers in the Indonesia market.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage Indonesia-based online retailers and eCommerce businesses.
Promote and sell our cross-border logistics solution (DDU & DDP model).
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, closing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client setup.
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Requirements
3+ year experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).
Background in logistics, shipping, or eCommerce is a bonus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive sales mindset.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Based within commuting distance of Jakarta.
Indonesia driving licence preferred but not essential.
