Source and curate potential affiliates who align with the brand identity and target audience.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing affiliates through effective communication.

Approach and negotiate collaboration terms, including commission structures, deliverables, timelines, and contractual agreements.

Manage and regularly update campaign information across various affiliate groups and platforms.

Set up, monitor, and optimize commission payouts through Shopee and TikTok dashboards to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Assist in developing affiliate marketing strategies and optimizing campaign performance for maximum ROI.

Collect and analyze performance data from campaigns; prepare comprehensive reports and insights to inform decision‑making.

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate activities and campaigns.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to expand the affiliate network.

Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of industry trends, platform policies, and competitor activities related to affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles.

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate or influencer networks.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Deep understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, such as Shopee Affiliate and TikTok Shop, is highly desirable.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance tracking software.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify new opportunities and overcome challenges.

Positive attitude, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve targets and support brand growth.
