Regional Sales Leader – EMEA | Radiotherapy Software

Flexible (Europe/UK)
I’m partnering with a fast-growing healthcare technology company operating in the
radiotherapy software
space, as they expand their commercial presence across EMEA.
They are now looking to appoint a
senior sales leader
to drive regional growth and build long-term relationships within specialist oncology markets.
The Role
You will take ownership of commercial activity across Europe, working closely with leadership to strengthen market position and grow strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading EMEA sales and business development
Managing enterprise and key accounts in radiotherapy and oncology
Building relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders
Supporting distributor and partner channels
Representing the business at industry events
The Person
This role will suit someone with strong credibility in radiation oncology and healthcare technology.
You should bring:
Senior sales experience in radiotherapy, oncology software, or medtech
Proven success in complex, consultative sales
Experience working with hospitals and cancer centres
An established European network
A grounded, relationship-driven approach
