Accounting Supervisor

About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' in Bekasi, West Java. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the timely delivery of financial information to support our business objectives.

What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other reporting requirements

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory tracking

Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices

Mentor and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and training to ensure their professional growth

What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting supervisory role, preferably in the

Accounting

or

Financial Accounting & Reporting

industry

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements

Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals
