Warehouse Admin

About the role As a Warehouse Admin at Midea Electronics Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution centre in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This full‑time position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient management of our logistics and supply chain processes.

What you’ll be doing

Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and product movements in the warehouse.

Process and file documentation related to goods received, stored, and shipped.

Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule and monitor deliveries.

Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses related to warehouse operations.

Liaise with customers and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.

Provide administrative support to the warehouse management team as needed.

What we’re looking for

At least 2‑3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics administrative role.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply‑chain processes.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the industry.
