Responsibilities
Identify emerging and viral products (domestic and international) suitable for sale as retail product.
Translate ideas into product while maintaining cost & profitability of accepted NPD.
Collaborate with other company groups and stakeholders to ensure speedy product development.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team in an international chain restaurant, hotel, or food manufacturing industry.
Experienced at least 5 years as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Menu Development Chef.
Understand food costing and purchasing.
Strong understanding of Baking, Pastry, Cake, Chocolate.
