Responsibilities

Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Project).

Design and maintain CRM architecture (pipelines, fields, stages).

Build automated workflows for onboarding, inventory movements, and payment tracking.

Integrate Odoo with tools such as WhatsApp, email templates, and Google tools.

Maintain data accuracy, dashboards, and reporting.

Document SOPs and system workflows.

Train internal teams and act as the main Odoo support person.

Coordinate cross-department system usage and improvements.

Requirements

2–4 years experience in Odoo or ERP implementation.

Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting).

Strong understanding of business workflows and automation logic.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is a plus.

Basic technical knowledge (Python / Odoo framework) is a plus.

Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
