Job Description

General Ledger and Financial Reporting Staff Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing employee reimbursements/loans and posting.

General ledger accounting processing in ERP.

Salary and BPJS provision and payment accounting.

Accounting processing of principal and interest provisions for loans both within and outside the group.

Accounting of bank fees, foreign exchange, interbank transfers, etc.

Tax accounting and regularly cleaning up tax discrepancies.

Expense provision and regularly cleaning up occurrences of discrepancies.

Preparing BS, IS, CF, ORAging Statements, OPAging Statements, Shortโ€‘term and Longโ€‘term loan Statements, and the work of the annual audit.

Preparing the bank reconciliation form and providing the financial information required for regular bank reports.

Assisting related parties in reconciling accounts and other tasks required by the team.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/related major from a reputable University.

At least 2 years of working experience in general ledger and reporting.

Good communication in English and the ability to speak Mandarin are preferable.

Familiarity with bookkeeping, basic accounting procedures and principles, accounting and tax law, and regulations.

Strong skills in Excel formulas and reconciliation.

Competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software e.g., SAP/ERP/Oracle.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Honest and initiative person, able to work autonomously and as a team member.
