Qualtrics is an experience management software which enables the creation and distribution of surveys, along with the collection of data derived from user feedback and reports.

AKT is looking for Qualtrics Customer Experience and Employee Experience Application Consultants who will lead the client onboarding and solution delivery process. The consultant is responsible for helping customers unlock the full potential of the Qualtrics platform to run value‑driven programs. This role also serves as a client advocate, actively listening to their needs and driving key operational and product enhancements internally.

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, this is a full‑time and mostly remote position, open to candidates living and eligible to work in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution design and configuration of a business solution

End to end system configuration

Documentation

Client‑facing activities and client communication

Project management at small scale

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Qualtrics Customer Experience or Employee Experience Consulting

Experience with SPSS, Power BI, or SAP Analytical Cloud – an advantage

Experience with supporting HR Technology or CRM – an advantage

Proficiency with AI tools - an advantage

Language skills in English (very high level both written and oral) – a must. German or French – an advantage

A degree in business relevant fields and research experience – an advantage

Knowledge of CSS or Python – an advantage
