Sales Marketing Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying sales leads, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the sales team, coordinate campaigns, and set goals to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Pipeline Development Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Management Strong analytical abilities with skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Sales Trend Tracking Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Leadership and team management experience Ability to work on-site in Jakarta and possess an understanding of regional market dynamics Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in sales and marketing within the business consulting or trading industry is a plus Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred; Mandarin is a plus Has strong experience in the building materials industry Willing to be placed in PIK, or any other registered domestic branch
