Restaurant Captain

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma (Hospitality background preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Captain / Senior Waiter, preferably in a Japanese restaurant. Strong understanding of Japanese dining service standards (knowledge of omotenashi is a plus). Strong leadership and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good command of English. Willing to be placed in Sakana Delonix Karawang.
