About the role
The Performance Marketing Assistant Manager (PR Division) will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, reputation, and corporate image of LocknLock Indonesia through digital initiatives that emphasize organic growth rather than paid advertising. This role collaborates closely with the Public Relations division to create impactful storytelling, engaging content, and strategic community building to enhance LocknLock brand presence across various digital platforms.
Job Descriptions
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies that support PR objectives and reinforce LocknLock brand positioning.
Drive brand awareness through organic initiatives across social media, websites, newsletters, blogs, and other owned channels.
Ensure consistency of LocknLock brand voice and messaging in all digital communications.
Collaborate with the PR team to design creative digital campaigns focused on storytelling, engagement, and brand advocacy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with online media, influencers, KOLs, and communities to increase organic brand visibility.
Monitor media sentiment and digital conversations to ensure proactive reputation management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and digital engagement data to optimize PR-driven campaigns.
Prepare performance reports on digital initiatives (reach, engagement, sentiment analysis, share of voice) and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand communications, or public relations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of digital branding, content marketing, social media management, and community engagement.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
Proven track record in building brand awareness and managing influencer or community partnerships.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Social Media Insights, SEO, SEM or equivalent platforms.
