Job Description

Brand & Campaign Marketing Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the company’s brand narrative and campaign strategy to strengthen market presence, employer brand, and customer perception. This role leads end-to-end brand and campaign initiatives — from strategy to execution — ensuring all touchpoints are consistent, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.

This role blends

strategy, creativity, and execution excellence , acting as the bridge between brand, marketing, people, and business teams.

Work responsibilities

Manage the implementation of the brand strategy across marketing channels, ensuring strict adherence and consistency across different touch points. Act as the primary gatekeeper for brand standards in content and campaigns.

Develop full-funnel integrated campaign strategies across digital, social, content, media, and offline channels

Oversee end-to-end campaign planning—from ideation and creative briefing to execution and optimization

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to KP

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor landscapes, and campaign data to shape strategy

Manage and mentor marketing strategists, coordinators, or external agency partners

Identify new trends, platforms, and creative formats to enhance brand presence and audience engagement

Job requirements Experience: 4-6 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or integrated campaign management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skill set :

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

Excellent understanding of brand frameworks, positioning, messaging, and storytelling.

Proficiency in digital marketing, paid media strategy, social media, and content marketing

Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
