Production Supervisor

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia (Formerly PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia) is a Japanese headhunter based in Jakarta assisting a client in the automotive manufacturing industry (2W & 4W).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor.

Good leadership skills (managing at least 15 subordinates).

Strong knowledge of production processes and mechanical systems.

Willing to work with a shifting system.

Responsibilities

Supervise production process activities to produce products that comply with specifications.

Ensure production quantities are in accordance with production schedules.

Take corrective action if there is a process that is not appropriate.

Analyze and make countermeasure related defects in the production.

Ensure all production activities comply with environmental, occupational safety, and health regulations.

Control and ensure materials for production.

Create production reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Lead improvement projects Kaizen, improvement of Working Instruction, and 5S housekeeping.
