Our client is a

Garment Manufacturing

company. Currently, they are looking for a

Sales Supervisor .

Job Responsibilities: Monitor and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Coordinate with internal departments (PPIC, Warehouse, Exim, Accounting, Quality) to support smooth order processing.

Maintain accurate delivery documents, pricing, and customer data in the system.

Handle customer communication, including requests, complaints, and follow-ups.

Monitor company buffer stock and provide timely updates to customers.

Prepare regular sales and operational reports as required.

Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Oversee daily sales operations and assist in team development.

Update product information and manage data input in relevant systems (Winline, Sales Plan, APT).

Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Business English proficiency.

Min. 3 years in Sales (account and order management) in apparel manufacture company, experienced in effectively collaborating with cross functional departments, proficient in MS Office and ERP.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, proactive, and good time management.
