Qualifications
Minimum Master's Degree in legal studies (Hukum Bisnis) from a reputable university.
Minimum 8 years of proven solid experience as a Legal Specialist/Corporate Legal handling business licenses, compliance, and company legal actions, including providing legal advice/opinion to the company, preferably within the construction/infrastructure industry.
Well‑understanding of the law of limited liability, investment, construction, renewable energy, and labor law; knowledge of FIDIC contracts would be advantageous.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian due to the nature of the business and high level of interactivity with legal/management officers across international teams/stakeholders.
Strong knowledge and skills in government licensing bureaucracy procedures, company certification, and corporate legality documents.
Proficiency in legal research and ability to adapt to evolving legal issues.
High skills in contract drafting, review, and strong negotiation.
Strong analytic skills and high attention to detail.
Proactive, high initiative, interpersonal & problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently with low supervision.
Ability to handle a high volume of work and a fast‑paced team environment.
Disciplined, quick to respond, flexible, and good personality.
Committed to a long‑term role, actively contributing to the sustained success and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
Handle business licenses, compliance, and company legal actions.
Provide legal advice and opinions to the company.
Manage government licensing bureaucracy procedures, company certification, and corporate legality documents.
Draft and review contracts, including FIDIC contracts.
Conduct legal research and adapt to evolving legal issues.
Negotiate on behalf of the company.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
