Job Description As a Senior Specialist in Channel Management, your main responsibilities will include:

Channel Partner Identification & Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and agents to strengthen market coverage. Negotiate terms, pricing, and performance targets while ensuring compliance with global standards.

Channel Strategy Development: Define and implement strategies aligned with growth objectives. Explore new distribution avenues and collaborate with regional teams to drive market penetration.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring loyalty and maximizing sales opportunities. Act as the primary liaison for communication, conflict resolution, and strategic alignment.

Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies. Provide training and development programs to elevate partner capabilities and sales effectiveness.

Reporting & Analytics: Implement Distributor Management Systems (DMS), monitor performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize business opportunities.

Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather feedback, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and market competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Specialist in Channel Management should have:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in the medical device, healthcare, or FMCG industry.

MBA or postgraduate degree in business management, marketing, or related fields.

Proven track record in channel partner management, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
