Senior Treasury System Implementation Advisor (TMS) – Indonesian Bank | Jakarta Hybrid We are supporting a leading global management consulting firm working with a major Indonesian bank on a large-scale treasury system transformation, migrating from a legacy platform to a new Treasury Management System (TMS).. The bank is seeking a senior treasury subject matter expert to support the project lead and provide guidance across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. This role will work closely with treasury leadership, project stakeholders, and the system vendor to ensure the platform is configured and delivered in line with business requirements, Indonesian market practices, and regulatory standards. Project OverviewTreasury system migration from a legacy platform to a new Treasury Management SystemImplementation expected to commence May 2026 Engagement DetailsLocation: Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid – minimum 50% onsite)Contract Duration: Initial 3 months with potential extension until December 2027 and moreEngagement Type: Contract / AdvisoryCommitment: 50% – Full-time (to be confirmed)Payrate in USD Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the bank’s project lead in overseeing the end-to-end treasury system implementationProvide guidance on system configuration, product setup, workflows, and data mappingAdvise on best practices across front-to-back treasury processesLiaise with the selected system vendor to review solution design and ensure alignment with business requirementsProvide oversight and constructive challenge to ensure implementation decisions are robust and fit-for-purposeSupport engagement with senior stakeholders across treasury, operations, and technology teams Required ExperienceStrong end-to-end treasury knowledge across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions, including trading, risk, operations, accounting, and treasury reportingExperience supporting or leading a Treasury Management System implementationGood understanding of Indonesian market practices and regulatory requirementsAbility to operate at a senior advisory level while remaining hands-on in system and configuration discussions Preferred BackgroundFormer Treasury Division Head / Treasury Operations Head at an Indonesian bankTreasury transformation or Treasury Business Support leaderSenior consultant from a systems integrator delivering treasury system implementationsImplementation lead from a treasury system vendor Experience with Calypso or Murex is advantageous but not mandatory.
